About Us
The African Association of Child and Adolescent Mental Health was created as a platform for all professionals working in the area of children’s mental health (such as psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, paediatricians, general practitioners, mental health nurses etc.), or with an interest in children’s mental health in Africa and in the African diaspora to network with each other, form collaborations, and to work together to improve the mental health and well-being of children in Africa.
What We Do
We provide effective leadership for the promotion of child and adolescent mental health in Africa, to poster advocacy, training and research on child and adolescent mental health.
